Chochenyo ( Chochenyo, Chocheño, East Bay Costanoan ) is a dead one of the 8 Oloni languages spoken by the Chocheno people, formerly living on the eastern side of San Francisco Bay, where Alamida and Contra Costa are currently located, and within coastal areas. Diablo Mountains in the state of Northern California in the USA. It is also one of the dialects in the Utian language family. Linguistically, very much , Ramaytush and Tamien are considered to be closely related dialects of the same language.
