Koksaray ( kaz. Kөksaray ) is a village in the Otyrar district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Koksarai rural district. It is located about 23 km south-west of the district center, the village of Shaulder . The KATO code is 514837100 [1] .

Population
In 1999, the village population was 4090 people (2072 men and 2018 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 3896 people lived in the village (1986 men and 1910 women) [2] .
