There are many similarities and differences between futsal and football in the halls , also known as FIFA futsal and AMF futsal (both are often referred to as futsal ). [1] [2] [3]
The separation of these sports occurred in the 1980s, after FIFA 's unsuccessful attempt to control both sports. Since then, FIFA has been supporting futsal, and AMF has been supporting football in the halls [4] .
The main differences include:
- ball size [4] ,
- rules for entering outs: in futsal, the ball is entered with the foot, according to the rules of football in the halls - with the hand [4] ,
- execution of tackles in futsal is allowed only to goalkeeper [4]
- rules for removing a player: in futsal the team plays 2 minutes in the minority, substitution is allowed in football in the halls [4] ,
- in football in the halls - full contact, in futsal - partial [1] ,
- the platform in mini-football can be 2 meters longer and wider [2] ,
- a double-penalty in mini-soccer breaks from 10 meters, in football in the halls - from 9 meters [2] ,
- unlike futsal, in football in the halls an unlimited number of touches by the goalkeeper of the ball after a pass is allowed [2] .
