Biography
Born on October 30, 1943 in the village of Dolgolesie. He began his musical career in 1970, becoming a laureate of the IV International Competition named after P.I. Tchaikovsky in Moscow. In 1971 he graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory with a degree in professor Hugo Titsa. In the same year he became a soloist of the Belarusian Opera and Ballet Theater . In 1971-1985 he performed the following parts on the stage of this theater: Lensky , the Foolish; Alfred, Duke, Faust ; Nadir (“ Seekers of Pearls ” by Bizet ), Don Ottavio (“ Don Giovanni ”); Almaviva (The Barber of Seville ), Rudolph (Bohemia), Ernesto ( Don Pasquale Donizetti). In 1975 he became a laureate of the Barcelona International Vocal Competition held in Barcelona . Mary Canals. In 1986-1997 he worked at the State Academic Folk Orchestra named after Zhinovich. He performed folk and Neapolitan songs, as well as works by Belarusian composers.
