Barrandovskiy bridge ( Czech. Barrandovský most ) - automobile bridge over the Vlatava in Prague , built 1978-1988, until 1990 was called the “ Antonin Zapotocki Bridge ” ( Czech. Most Antonína Zápotockého ).

It is an important road junction of the southern part of the city: the bridge is part of the City Ring Road and has four lanes in each direction; It is also accessible to pedestrians and cyclists. Until the southern part of the Prague Ring Road D0 was completed, it was the busiest element in the Prague street system (as of 2008, 137,000 cars per day) [1] . The main transit route was here, connecting the D1 motorway (direction to Jihlava and Brno ) with the D5 motorway (direction to Plzen and Munich ).

The width of the bridge in different places is from 40 to 55 meters, the total length is 352 meters. The bridge canvas is located at an altitude of 15 meters above the level of the Vltava. The bridge forms an acute angle of 53 degrees with the river. On the left bank of the bridge is a complex multi-level interchange.

The bridge is decorated with huge concrete elements by Joseph Klimeš.
