History
Developed by E.F. Dragunov and I.A. Samoilov in 1954 - 1958, was produced at the Izhevsk Machine-Building Plant from 1961 to 1969. In 1959 she was awarded a large silver medal of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR [1] . Awarded a gold medal at the Leipzig Fair .
Design
Structurally identical to the sports rifle CV-56 "Zenit-2 . " Accuracy when firing target cartridges at a distance of 50 m from the machine is 1.6 cm.
Operation
