Biography
One of the most technical players in Ukraine. He was distinguished by filigree technique, perfect possession of the ball, ingenuity, the ability to complete the attacking combination. He began to play football in the Black Sea team in 1921, after which he was one of the leaders of the strongest teams of the Odessa Championship of the 1920s - Mestran and Kozhrestrest, in which he became the city champion .
Together with Straub, Malkhasov made a bunch on the right flank of the attack: both stood out with brilliant technique and understood each other well. Malkhasov was a constructor of attacks. Boris Galinsky called him "one of the most technical footballers of the republic." [one]
Playing for the Odessa national team, Malkhasov was spotted in Dynamo Kyiv , which he moved to in 1929.
In 1932 he defended the colors of Dynamo Ivanovo , and in 1934 he played for the Moscow Promooperation .
In 1930 and 1933, under No. 3, he was one of the 33 best footballers of the USSR in the positions of the right welterweight (1930) and the extreme right (1933).
In 1936, Malkhasov as part of Odessa Dynamo made his debut in the club championship of the USSR and became the author of the first goal in the history of Odessa teams of masters, on May 30, 1936, hitting the gates of teammates from Rostov-on-Don . [2]
As part of Dynamo, he played 48 matches, of which 27 were in Group A (major league) and scored 12 goals (3 in the top division).
In 1939, Tsona [3] , as Odessa fans called him, completed an active playing career, becoming a playing coach of his team, and after the war he worked as an administrator, coach and team leader.
In 1948 he became a judge of the republican category.
He actively participated in the work of city and regional football departments, coached amateur groups and often went out on the field himself.
Died March 6, 1976.
In 2001, he was included among the best football players of Odessa of the XX century .
