The medal “For Work Valor ” is one of the awards of the Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic . It was established on September 10, 1993 by decree of the President of the PMR [1] .

Content
Status
The medal “For Labor Valor” is awarded to workers of the national economy, science, culture, education, health care and other citizens of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, whose total length of service is at least 15 years. Also, citizens of foreign states can be awarded this medal [2] .
The medal is awarded for [2] :
- selfless creative work, increasing labor productivity and improving product quality;
- effective use of new technology and the development of advanced technology, a valuable invention and rationalization proposals;
- successes in the field of science, culture, literature, art, public education, healthcare, trade and other areas of work;
- fruitful work on education and training of youth;
- Merits in strengthening the defense capability, state security of the republic, in the protection of public order and the fight against crime;
- successful state and public activities;
- successes in the field of physical education and sports.
Description
The medal “For Labor Valor” is a circle with a diameter of 32 mm and is made of brass. On the front side of the coin against the backdrop of the rising sun are embossed rays, gear , sickle , hammer and ear of wheat. In the lower part on a circle on the image of a red ribbon the inscription “For labor valor” is applied in gold color [2] .
On the reverse side is the inscription “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic” . The edges of the medal are bordered by a side.
Wear Rules
The medal is worn on the left side of the chest and, in the presence of other Transnistrian awards, is located after the medal “To the Transnistrian Defender” [3] .
