In 1930, on the site of the village, the "2nd branch of the Khankai rice state farm" was formed. Therefore, the history of the village is inextricably linked with the history of the development of the rice farm. Rice began to grow since 1930. At first they lived in barracks. Intensive construction of semi-detached houses was going on in the village, there was its own elementary school, shop, club, and first-aid post. The village was expanding and good.

In 1964, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, the village of Sergeevka was renamed to Lublino [2] .

In the 80s field cultivation, livestock breeding developed. The farm was one of the best on the state farm. [3]
