DescriptionThe body length with the tail is about 27 cm, weight from 30 to 60 grams, which makes these animals one of the smallest primates. The coat on the back is brownish-orange, the belly is creamy white, between the eyes is a strip of white hair. [2] [1]
DistributionThey live in dry deciduous forests between the rivers Sufia ( Eng. Sofia River ) and Mevarano ( Eng. Maevarano ) in the north-west of Madagascar . Prior to the description of this species, mouse lemurs from this region were included in the species Microcebus ravelobensis . [2]
