The Order of Labor ( Vietnamese. Huân chương lao động ) is the fifth most important order of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam .

Content
Description
The Order of Labor is awarded to persons, military personnel and collectives who have shown outstanding achievements in labor, creativity or national construction, in particular for the creation of inventions, scientific works or outstanding works of the state level.
It is handed over to the teams that have shown outstanding achievements for five or more years in a row, with the preservation of internal unity, cooperation with the party and mass organizations.
The order was established on May 1, 1950 .
Degrees
The order consists of three degrees.
The sign of the order is the same for all degrees.
The degree is indicated by placing a gilded metal five-pointed star on the ribbon:
- for I degree - three stars
- for II degree - two stars
- for III degree - one star
