Gavshino is a village in the rural settlement of Klementyevskoye in the Mozhaysky district of the Moscow Region . Before the reform of 2006, it belonged to the Pavlishchevsky rural district [2] . The resident population for the 2010 All-Russian Census is 26 people [3] .

The village is located in the north-east of the region, about 6 km north of Mozhaisk , at the source of an nameless stream - the right tributary of the Moscow River [4] , the height above sea level is 190 m [5] . The nearest settlements are Pavlishchevo in the west, Dolginino in the east and Nerovnovo in the southwest.
