Multiservice payment system - a Russian payment system that provides services to participants in foreign economic activity and individuals

It was registered by the Bank of Russia in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On the National Payment System” on December 20, 2012 (certificate of registration No. 0022, included in the register of payment system operators on the Bank of Russia website).

The operator is Multiservice Payment System LLC. Settlement centers of the Payment System are VTB Bank (PJSC), Bank Vozrozhdenie (PJSC) and Nefteprombank JSC, the operational clearing center is Multiservice Payment System LLC.

The main product of the company is the Round Customs card, which is a microprocessor card for paying all types of customs payments directly at the time of customs declaration or remotely via the Internet in real time. This is a modern, safe and convenient way to pay customs duties.

Thanks to its own processing center, the development team managed to create a fundamentally innovative and high-quality product in the customs services market.

Multiservice Payment System LLC is a customs payment operator (Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 1860 dated October 1, 2013), meets all the requirements approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 285 dated March 30, 2013.

History

The multi-service payment system until 01.01.2013 is the coordinator of the issue of microprocessor customs cards in accordance with the order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 2222 of November 6, 2012 ^[1] .

By the order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 1860 dated October 1, 2013 ^{[2] the} “Multiservice Payment System” was recognized as the customs payment operator and meets all the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 2013 No. 285 ^[3] .

According to the updated register of payment system operators published by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on October 31, 2014 ^[4] , Multiservice Payment System LLC was recognized as nationally significant.

Activities

“Multiservice payment system” - provides services for the payment of customs payments to participants of foreign economic activity, financial institutions and individuals in real time.

The main products of the company are:

PAYHD payment service is an innovative technology for paying customs payments to expedite the process of customs clearance . Each FEA participant can pay any customs payments remotely online even on weekends from any personal computer connected to the Internet ( Internet Explorer is required).
“Round” customs card, which is a microprocessor card for paying all types of customs payments directly at the time of customs declaration or remotely via the Internet.

The ability to pay customs payments by individuals. Payment Methods:
- Payment of customs payments upon receipt of international express parcels
- Payment by credit cards of international payment systems VISA, MASTERCARD, UNION PAY
- Full cycle of payment and customs clearance in high-speed trains ALLEGRO
- Payment in cash through ATMs and terminals at customs posts

In 2013 and 2014, the Multiservice Payment System became the laureate of the Customs Olympus competition of leaders in foreign economic activity in the nomination Best Financial Institution Providing Services in the Field of Customs.
