The елиelinac community ( Serb. Oppshtina елиelinac ) is a community (municipality) in the northwestern part of the Republika Srpska comprising Bosnia and Herzegovina . The center of the community is located in the city of елиelinac itself . Belongs to the Banja Luka region .

Geography
The елиelinac community is located in the west of Republika Srpska . It borders with the municipalities: Banja Luka, Laktashi, Prnjavor, Teslich, Kotor Varosh and Knezhevo.
In the south and south-west of the municipality, altitude averages 800 meters above sea level. In the north, from 300 to 600 meters. The lowest point is 196 meters above sea level at the mouth of the Yoshavka River.
Population
According to the 2013 census, the population of the елиelinac community was 16,874 people [1] , according to the 1991 census - 18,713 people [2] .
The ethnic composition of the population of the елиelinac community according to the 1991 census:
- Serbs - 16.554 (88.46%);
- Bosnian Muslims - 1.446 (7.72%);
- Croats - 76 (0.40%);
- Yugoslavs - 377 (2.01%);
- the rest, indefinite and unidentified - 260 (1.38%).

Ethnic composition of the population of the елиelinac community according to the 1971 census:
- Serbs - 15.880 (91.10%);
- Bosnian Muslims - 1.209 (6.93%);
- Croats - 90 (0.51%);
- Yugoslavs - 14 (0.08%);
- the rest, uncertain and unidentified - 237 (1.38%).
