Club career
Niklas started playing football in the youth team West Cologne. In 2008, he joined the Bayer 04 youth team.
In the 2012/13 season, Lomb begins to play for the reserve Leverkusen team, playing in the West Regional League . Niklas debuted for the second team on August 4, 2012 in a game against Wiedenbruck 2000 [1] . During the season, Lomb took part in 34 meetings, in 12 of which he managed to leave his gate intact.
On December 6, 2012, Lomb made his debut in the main squad of Bayer in the final match of the group stage of the Europa League against the Norwegian Rosenborg [2] . The first match was successful for the young goalkeeper, his team won a “dry” victory.
In the 2013/14 season, Lomb, being the third goalkeeper in Bayer, continues to play for the reserve team, is periodically included in the application for the Bundesliga games [3] [4] , but has not yet received a chance to make his debut in the German major football league.
January 8, 2015 the goalkeeper was leased to the end of the season in the “ Gallescher ”, playing in the Third League [5] .
