Aleshin, Alexey Vladislavovich

Alexey Aleshin was born in the family of a soldier on May 24, 1959 in the city of Ashgabat , the capital of the Turkmen SSR . In the 1970s, in connection with the new appointment of the father, the family moved to Kemerovo , where Aleksey graduated from high school.

In 1981, he graduated from the law faculty of Kemerovo State University with a degree in jurisprudence , and in 2002 he graduated from the faculty of retraining and advanced training of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation .

He worked as an investigator of the prosecutor's office of the city of Stavropol , Sevastopol district of Moscow, then a lawyer in various commercial, educational, financial organizations. He has a close relationship with Boris Aleshin .

In 1996-1999 - Deputy Director General of the State Unitary Enterprise "State Foreign Ownership".

Since 1999, Alexei Aleshin’s work activity has been connected with the sphere of military-technical cooperation and the defense industry complex of Russia . In 1999-2000 - Deputy General Director of FSUE Promeksport.

In 2000–2007, he was Deputy General Director of Rosoboronexport OJSC , responsible for legal and personnel issues, supply of spare parts and investments.

In 2007–2014 - First Deputy Director General of the state corporation Russian Technologies , was engaged in the reform of the defense industry and other sectors of the Russian economy

He is a member of the Military Industrial Commission under the Government of the Russian Federation

He headed the Boards of Directors of OJSC “ Russian Electronics ”, “ Radioelectronic Technologies Concern ”, “ NPK“ Engineering Technologies ” ”, “ Degtyarev Plant ”, “Russian Telecommunications Corporation”. Included in the Boards of Directors of OJSC: Rosoboronexport, Russian Helicopters , Control Systems

On January 13, 2014, Alexey Aleshin was appointed Head of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) . In this department he will, first of all, deal with the problems of technical supervision organizations in the energy and metallurgy , technical regulation, coordination of work with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the military-industrial bloc ^{[2] [3] [4]} .

He was awarded the Order of Friendship , has a number of other state awards (two orders, medals) ^{[5] [6]} .

Acting State Counselor of the Russian Federation of class 1 (2014) - as a head of the federal agency, a special shoulder strap of the head of Rostekhnadzor (with 4 stars and the emblem of service) approved in 2012 has been approved. ^[7]
