The design was maximally simplified. The main material is wood. The wings were made according to the “high plan” scheme and did not have sweep. The plane could not take off on its own - it had to be towed either by Me.109G or Me.262 . After climbing, the Me.P-1104 detached from the towbar and launched its Walter HWK 109-509 A-1 rocket engine. The pilot's seat had a traditional landing. The armament consisted of one 30 mm MK 108 gun mounted under the cockpit. After the attack, Me.P-1104 had to plan and land on a retractable ski. All work on the project was stopped after Ba.349 was declared the winner of the competition.
