Biography

Gundarenko’s father is a German by nationality [3] . The trainer is B.V. Shunkin [4] .

In the first three championships, the USSR won four medals: in 1987 bronze in the weight category over 72 kilograms, in 1988 and 1989 gold in the same category, and in 1989 bronze in the absolute category [5] . Gundarenko also won a gold medal at the CIS Championship .
