Konrad was the second oldest son of Glogovsky Prince Konrad I and Salome Vladislavovna. In 1267 he was present at the canonization of his great-grandmother Jadwiga . At the time of the death of his father in 1271, he was still small. In 1277, he took part in a campaign against his uncle Boleslav Rogatka , who had abducted the Prince of Wroclaw Heinrich Probus , but the anti- Boleslav coalition was defeated in the .

In 1278, his older brother Henry III Glogovsky , who managed the father’s inheritance after his death, was forced to share with his younger brothers, and Konrad received Scinavu . Soon Conrad went to Bologna to receive a spiritual education (probably because of a physical handicap it was decided that he should have a spiritual career). During his absence, Scinava was ruled by the Prince of Wroclaw, Henry IV Probus , but when Konrad returned in 1280, Henry refused to return the principality to him; Conrad was able to get his possessions only a year later with the help of the Wroclaw bishop Tomasz II Zaremba.

After returning to Silesia, Konrad received his first church post: in 1281 he became a Lubusz Provost. In 1284, under the pressure of the Wroclaw prince, Heinrich Probus Conrad had to exchange possessions with his brother Przemysl , and instead of Szinava, he began to dominate Zagan . In 1287, he became a Wroclaw provost, and in 1292 he was one of the candidates for the post of Wroclaw bishop.

At first, Konrad supported his brother Henry III in an attempt to return Scinava after the death of Przemysl, and when Henry Probus died in 1290, declaring Henry III his heir - he also supported him in the war for the inheritance of Henry Probus against Henry V Legnitsky . Relations were broken when Konrad tried to take advantage of his brother’s employment in Greater Poland after the death of Przemysl Wielkopolski , and joined Boleslav Surovoy .

In 1299, Konrad, with the support of Albrecht Goritsky, was elected the new patriarch of Aquileia , and went to the Mediterranean Sea. On the way, however, he found out that this was not approved by Pope Boniface VIII , and returned. It turned out that while he was gone, Henry III took control of his possession, and when Conrad was indignant, he threw him into prison. However, the local nobility rose against Henry, and the bishop of Wroclaw excommunicated him, and in 1300 he had to free Konrad and return the principality to him.

Conrad passed away in 1304. Since he did not have any heirs, the Principality of Zagan ceded to his elder brother Henry III.
