Limanda [1] ( lat. Limanda ) is a genus of ray-finned fish from the family of flatfish (Pleuronectidae). Bottom predatory fish living in the Arctic seas of the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. The eyes of all species are on the right side. The lateral line is well developed on both sides of the body. The dorsal fin starts from the head [2] .
