Geographical position
The village is located on the right, tidal and deep bank of the Kotorosl River, but not on the bank itself (270m). The road leading to the village passes through Sabelnitsy , turns to Korovaitsevo , and divides into the village itself in the center, so that one part of the village is on one side and the other part on the other.
Unlike other nearby villages (except Korovaitsevo ), there are no villages on the opposite left bank of Kotorosli .
A stream flows near the village, which most likely originates in the swamps and part of its channel passes in the ditches.
