Devereaux Peters ( Eng. Devereaux Peters ; born October 6, 1989 , Chicago , Illinois , USA ) - American professional basketball player, speaking in the women's national basketball association . It was selected on the draft of the 2012 VNBA in the first round under the general third number by the Minnesota Links club. He plays in the role of light forward . Currently he is defending the colors of the French team Tarb Jesp Bigor .

Biography
Deverero Peters began to practice basketball at Fenwick School, then, after graduating from this school, she entered the University of Notre Dame . Playing for the student team “Notre Dame Fighting Irish”, in the forward position, Devereaux showed brilliant results. In 2011, the basketball player was included in the “symbolic top five” of the NCAA , while having the best result in the block shots championship (65) and interceptions (65). Also this season, as in the following, she was twice recognized as the best defensive player of the Eastern Conference. Devero has two final games in a row (2011 and 2012) in the championship of the National University Sports University Basketball Championship. She is the first basketball player in the history of the student team, who was able to score 1000 points, 500 rebounds, 200 block shots, 200 interceptions and 200 assists. After these results, Devereaux was selected for the 2012 NNBA draft in the first round, under the third overall number, by the Minnesota Links team.
In her debut season at VNBA, Peters played 30 of 34 matches, spending an average of 14.1 minutes on the court. On September 20, 2012, in a match against Los Angeles Sparks , she made her first double-double (17 points and 13 rebounds). She participated in all 4 games of the league final with the Indiana Fiver team. And if in the first season it was not possible to become a champion, then in the next Devero she put a championship ring on her finger. The basketball player played in all matches of the Minnesota Lynx in both the regular championship and the playoffs (41).
In the breaks between the overseas league draws, Peters arrives in Europe, in the fall of 2012 she played 7 matches as part of the Italian Gesam Gus team . Since the fall of 2013, she is a player of the Dynamo-GUVD Novosibirsk .
While studying at the University of Notre Dame, she defended the honor of the US team at the Universiade in Shenzhen, China . In that “golden team”, Devero played in all 6 matches, while having the following indicators: 10.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.0 gears.
