(421) Tseringia ( German Zähringia ) is an asteroid of the main belt that belongs to the rare spectral class S. It was discovered on September 7, 1896 by the German astronomer Max Wolf at the Heidelberg Observatory and is named after the ancient German family of Tseringen [1] .
