(418) Alemannia ( German: Alemannia ) - an asteroid of the main belt , which belongs to the spectral class M. It was discovered on September 7, 1896 by the German astronomer Max Wolf at the Heidelberg Observatory and named after the student fraternity at the University of Heidelberg [1] .
