The company traces its history from November 10, 1918, when registration took place in the Moscow regional land department of the Oreshkovsky Khutor farm. Until 1917, part of the territory belonged to the Nikolo-Perervinsky monastery .

In 1941, five houses of a barracks type were built, a kindergarten, a primary school, a state farm office, a canteen club, mechanical workshops, a garage, a fire station, a bathhouse, and a granary. Also in 1941, an artesian well was drilled, the state farm was completely electrified and radio-charged.

During the Second World War, the economy was greatly affected by the cuts. From 1961 to 1966, the new lands of the collective farm named after Michurin - 1261 hectares and the collective farm to them. Dmitrov - 915 hectares, later part of the Vladimir Ilyich collective farm - 349 hectares and Belaya Dacha state farm - 106 hectares. In the same period there is a laying of new gardens.

In the 1970s, the economy was in its prime. The machinery fleet increased, arable land expanded, on-farm specialization and concentration were carried out. In 1975, orchards entered fruiting, and record-high yields of fruits and berries were collected. However, weather conditions in 1978-1979 and the seizure of part of the land under the microdistrict led to the partial destruction of the gardens and, as a result, to a decrease in their area.

Since the 1980s, the economy has taken the path of increasing the area of ​​strawberry plantations. In the 1990s, strawberry production fell sharply. Only in the 2000s did a new rise in the cultivation of this crop begin.

In 1995, the then director of the farm to them. Lenin Peter Ryabtsev assembled a team and announced that he was resigning due to health reasons. He advised his colleagues to elect his deputy, Pavel Grudinin, as director. ^[2]

In 2018, shareholders of the State Farm named after Lenin ”sued Grudinin, demanding that the deal on the alienation of the state farm’s lands be void in favor of TT Development. After graduating in 1982, Grudinin worked as a mechanical engineer in a state-owned enterprise - the state farm named after Lenin, where many members of his family already worked. From 1982 to 1989, he held the position of head of the mechanical workshop of this state farm. In 1990, he was elected deputy director of the state farm for commercial matters, and after the transformation of the state enterprise into a joint-stock company in 1995, he was elected director of ZAO Lenin State Farm ^[1] . He owns 42.8% of the shares of Lenin State Farm CJSC ^[8] .

After the presidential election in 2018, the wife of Pavel Grudinin, whom he divorced in 2018, went to court, and by court decision she became the owner of 2/3 of Grudinin’s property, i.e. 42% of all collective farm shares. The court also recognized her as invalid; and dismissed the appeal of Grudinin. The Communist Party regarded these actions as an attempt to raider capture ^{[9] [10]} . On June 12 and July 13, meetings were held in support of Grudinin, the state farm and for a change of power.

In parallel, there is a change in the administrative-territorial division of the Moscow Region (for the liquidation of local governments in the territory on which the state farm is located). The change is in violation of applicable law ^[11] .

Proceeds from sales of CJSC State Farm named after Lenin ”, according to the State Statistics Service of the Federal State Statistics Service , in 2014-2015 amounted to more than 2.3 billion rubles. According to SPARK , in 2014-2017 the amount of state contracts increased by more than 16 times - from 3.6 million to 57.9 million rubles ^[12] .
