Biography
Born in Warsaw . In 1915-1917, he studied singing at the Warsaw Conservatory of Music . He made his film debut in 1918 in an episode in the German film "Mother of Sorrows". In 1921, having passed exams externally, he received an acting diploma. Then he performed in Warsaw revue and cabaret theaters . During World War II he was mobilized into the army, emigrated with the Polish army to Romania, France and Scotland. He returned to the country in 1946, and then performed in theaters in Krakow and Warsaw, also in radio and television, played roles in " Cabaret of Gentlemen in Age ". In 1972 he left for London , where his wife lived. Died in London.
His brother is actor Michal Halich .
