Story
The film takes place in 1919 in the recently proclaimed Azerbaijan Democratic Republic . The film tells the story of two young people in love with each other, Farhad and Shirin, amid riots and general uncertainty. However, on the way of the lovers there is a long-standing enmity of their parents - Teymur and Gafur-bek, who are ardent political opponents. Teymur, the girl’s father, is a staunch supporter of the establishment of a civilized democratic regime in Azerbaijan, while Gafur-bek, the father of the desperate Farhad, with his closest associate bandit Abdullah, intends to change the political situation due to the peaceful revolution. Having kidnapped Shirin in order to eliminate her father from affairs, Gafur-bey distracts Teimur's attention. Teymur comes to the aid of his old friends, already familiar to the viewer from the first film, Rustam and San Sanych. Farhad is trying to free his beloved from captivity and convince his father.
