Cheslav Dziwigai ( Polish. Czesław Dźwigaj , June 18, 1950, Nowy Wisnicz , Poland) - Polish sculptor, professor of the Krakow Academy of Arts , student of Anthony Khaidetsky , king of the Streletsky Kurkov Brotherhood . The author of numerous monuments dedicated to Pope John Paul II .

Biography
He studied from 1972 to 1977 at the Cracow Academy of Arts in the class of Anthony Heidecki. He is currently a professor at this educational institution, where he runs a ceramic art studio and lectures on sacred art at the Pontifical Theological Academy in Krakow.
Creativity
Cheslav Dzvigai began his work with cooperation with the Catholic Church. In 1980, he created a series of bronze sculptures in the cathedral in Tarnow. Known for his sculptures of Pope John Paul II, which were installed in Poland, Lithuania, Argentina, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain and the United States. Currently, the number of such monuments exceeds 50 copies.

- Monument to the victims of the Ukrainian genocide at the Rakovitsky cemetery (installed in 2004);
- Monument to John Paul II in the city of San Cristobal de la Laguna , Tenerife , Spain ;
- Monument to Nikifor Krynitsky in Krynica-Zdroj (installed on September 9, 2005);
- Monument to the victims of December 1970 in Szczecin (installed on December 20, 2005);
- A sculpture of Christ the King on the pediment of the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Czestochowa in Cicero, Illinois, USA
- Monument Tolerance in Jerusalem , Israel ;
- Bas-relief “Tree of Essenes”;
- Monument to Peter Skarga on Maria Magdalene Square in Krakow (installed May 12, 2001).
