Biography
In 1973 he graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (scientist agronomist), and in 1992 - the Kiev Institute of Political Science and Social Management (political scientist-sociologist).
He began his career as an electrician immediately after graduating from high school in 1965 . Then he worked as a clerk, brigadier of the collective farm "Victory" of the village Uladovka, chief agronomist and deputy director of the Uladovsky sugar factory. In 1980 he was elected chairman of the board of the collective farm "Victory" of the village Uladovka.
He worked as first deputy chairman of the district executive committee of the Litinsky district council of Vinnytsia region, head of the regional agricultural administration, chairman of the regional agro-industrial complex, instructor of the organizational department of the Vinnytsia regional committee, first secretary of the Litinsky regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, chairman of the executive committee of the Litinsky regional council of people's deputies.
Since 1992, he headed the Litinskoe small enterprise "Agromontazhkomplekt" [2] .
Since 1998, he was repeatedly elected Litinsky village head, deputy of the Vinnitsa Regional Council of the 1st and 5th convocations.
Member of the Communist Party of Ukraine since 1971 , First Secretary of the Litinsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine [3] .
One of 148 deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who signed an appeal to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland with a request to recognize the events in Volhynia 1942-1944 as the genocide of the Poles [4] .
Honorary citizen of the village Litin [2] .
He died on November 7, 2013 in the Kiev hospital "Feofaniya" from lung cancer [5] .
