History
On the “Topographic map of the environs of St. Petersburg” of the Military Topographic Depot of the General Staff of 1817, the village of Kabatskaya , consisting of 8 peasant households, is mentioned . Along with the villages of Latiki, Kukushkina, Kishkeleva, Kolkola and Malaya Soikina, the village of Kabatskaya was part of the large village of Venki [2] .
The village of Kabatskaya is also indicated on the map of the St. Petersburg province of F. F. Schubert in 1834 [3] .
KABATSKAYA - the village belongs to Sovereign Grand Duke Mikhail Pavlovich, the number of inhabitants under the audit: 21 m., 19 w. p. [4] (1838)
In the explanatory text to the ethnographic map of the St. Petersburg province of P.I. Köppen in 1849, it is recorded as the village of Kapakanmäki ( Kaback ) and the number of its inhabitants for 1848 is indicated: Ingermanlanders - euryamejset - 46 m. p., total 90 people, Izhora - 23 m. p., 17 g. n., a total of 40 people [5] .
On the map of Professor S. S. Kutorgi in 1852, the village is not mentioned [6] .

According to the “Topographic Map of Parts of St. Petersburg and Vyborg Provinces” in 1860 the village was called Kabatskaya and consisted of 9 peasant households. There was a forge in the village [8] .
KABATSKAYA - the village of the Oranienbaum Palace Department at the wells, the number of courtyards - 9, the number of inhabitants: 26 metro, 26 railways. p. [9] (1862)
In 1885, the village was called Kaback and consisted of 9 yards [10] .
In the 19th century, the village administratively belonged to the Oranienbaum volost of the 2nd camp of the Peterhof district of St. Petersburg province, and at the beginning of the 20th century, the 3rd camp.
By 1913, the number of yards in the village increased to 10 [11] .
According to 1933, the village of Kaback was part of the Venkovsky Finnish national village council of the Oranienbaum district [12] .
According to data from 1966, 1973 and 1990, the village was called Kabatskoye and was part of the Broninsky Village Council [13] [14] [15] .
In 1997, 2 people lived in the village of Kabatskoye in the Broninsky volost, in 2002 - 6 people (all Russians) [16] [17] .
In 2007, in the village of Kabatskoye of the Penikovsky joint venture - 1 person [18] .

The village is located in the northern part of the district on the highway 41K-245 ( Soikino - Malaya Izhora ), east of the administrative center of the settlement.
