Avicennina (lat.) Is a genus of aphids from the subfamily Aphidinae ( Macrosiphini ). Central Asia [2] [3] .

Description
Relatively large aphids of greenish color, length 2.7-5.6 mm. Legs and antennae are long. Narrow oligophages are associated with dicotyledonous plants of the genera Honeysuckle ( Lonicera ), hogweed ( Heracleum , Apiaceae ). The species A. indica previously described in this genus (feeding on Prunus ) is now transferred to the genus Tumoranuraphis (Eastop & Blackman 2005) [2] .
