Club career

From 5 years old, Norman worked in the football club “Germany” from Heringen until 2000 [1] , when he joined the youth team “ Carl Zeiss ”.

In 2003, Toyerkauf joined Werder . He made his debut for the second team of Bremen on October 15, 2005, replacing him in the match against Chemnitzer [2] . As part of the reserve team "Bremen" Norman spent 52 games, scored 2 goals. In early 2008, Teuerkauf moved to the second team of Frankfurt Eintracht , which he played for one and a half years.

In the summer of 2009, Norman signed a contract with the Braunschweig Eintracht , which played in the Third League . The midfielder played the first match for the new club on July 25, 2009 [3] . Toyerkauf became a player in the main Brunswick team. In the 2010/11 season, they managed to win first place in the Third League and reach the Second Bundesliga . For two seasons in the Second Bundesliga, Norman had 59 games, scored 3 goals. At the end of the 2012/13 season, Eintracht won the right to play in the Bundesliga . Norman played his first match in Germany’s top football division in the match of the first round against Bremen Werder . [4] In the 2013/14 season, the Brunswick left the Bundesliga, Norman, having won back the 2014/15 season in the Second Bundesliga, in the summer of 2015, signed a contract with Heidenheim [5] as a free agent.

Career in the national team

In early 2006, Norman played for the German youth team at a tournament in Qatar, taking part in 5 games (against the national teams of Switzerland , South Korea , Iran , Japan , Austria ). The national team took the 3rd place in that tournament. Norman also appeared on the field in a friendly match with the Polish team on April 26, 2006.

Personal life

In June 2013, Norman married, his wife's name is Martina-Sofia.
