Kakua ( Báda, Cacua, Cakua, Kakua, Kákwa, Macu de Cubeo, Macu de Desano, Macu de Guanano, Macú-Paraná, Wacara ) is a Macuan language , which is spoken by the Kakua Native American ethos living in Wakara, 30 km east of the town of Mitu, Vaupes department in Colombia. Has vaupesky and maku parana dialects. It is associated with the languages of Khupda and Nukak . With the latter, up to 90% of lexical matches are observed.
