It belongs to the rural settlement of Mikulinskoye , before the 2006 reform, it belonged to the Vvedensky rural district [2] .

Geography

It is located in the southwestern part of the rural settlement, about 14 km northwest of the district center - the urban village of Lotoshino . The neighboring settlements are the villages of Arinkino , Vyakhirevo and Mogiltsy . Bus communication with the town of Lotoshino [3] .

Historical Information

According to 1859, the village of Afonasovskoy parish of the Kobele volost of the Staritsky district of the Tver province, 42 miles from the county town , in an elevated place, with 5 yards , 2 wells and 33 residents (18 men, 15 women) [4] .

In the “List of Populated Places” of 1862, Kanishchevo is the owner village of the 2nd camp of the Staritsky district along the Volokolamsky and Gzhatsky tracts from the city of Staritsa, by the pond, with 5 yards and 33 inhabitants [5] .

In 1886 - 9 yards and 47 residents (19 men, 28 women) [4] . In 1915, there were 17 yards [6] .

Since 1929 - a settlement in the Lotoshinsky district of the Moscow region.
