About the tournament
ASUS Cup Spring 2005 is the eleventh of a series of ASUS Open tournaments created in the framework of cooperation between the cybersports portal cyberfight.ru and ASUSTeK Computer [2] . Passed from November 26 to November 27, 2005. This tournament was also sponsored by Intel . The competition was held in four disciplines: Counter-Strike 1.6, WarCraft III, WarCraft III: DOTA, Quake 3, Quake 4, Unreal Tournament 2004, Starcraft: Broodwar, FIFA 2006, NFS: MW. The tournament was attended by more than three thousand players from Russia and the CIS countries . The prize pool of the tournament amounted to 400,000 rubles.
