Geographical position

Zanino-Pochinkovsky rural settlement is located in the north-east of the Shilovsky municipal district and borders on the north - with the Kasimovsky district , in the east - on the Pitelinsky district , in the south - on the Chuchkovsky district and Adelinsky rural settlement , on the west - on the Tyrnovsky and Borkovsky rural settlements .

Climate and natural resources

The climate of the Zanino-Pochinkovsky rural settlement is temperate continental with moderately cold winters and warm summers. Precipitation is unevenly distributed throughout the year.

Water resources are represented by the presence of the rivers Uvyaz , Srednik , Lubyanka, Yarkhonka, Muscles ; there are swamps, artificially created ponds. The soils in the settlement are podzolic and gray forest , loamy.

The territory of the settlement is located in the zone of coniferous and mixed forests. [3]

History

It was formed as a result of the municipal reform of 2006 as a result of the merger of two rural districts that existed earlier on this territory - Bolshepekselsky (center Big Peksely ) and Zanino-Pochinkovsky (center Zanino-Pochinki ) - with the assignment of administrative management to the village of Zanino-Pochinki .

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Ryazan Region dated October 7, 2004 No. 102-OZ “On Giving the Municipal Formation - Shilovsky District with the Status of a Municipal District, on Establishing its Borders and the Borders of the Municipalities Included in It” [4] .

The boundaries of a rural settlement are determined by the law of the Ryazan region dated December 28, 2007 No. 240-OZ [5] .
