Audrey Dalton ( born Audrey Dalton , born January 21, 1934 ) is an Irish actress. Born in Dublin in the family of Emmett Dalton, a hero of the Republic of Ireland . When her family was still living in Ireland , she studied at the school at the Sacred Heart Monastery in Dublin, and after moving to London she entered the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art .

In 1952, the actress moved to the United States , [1] where a year later she secretly married a student and baseball player from the University of California, James H. Brown, who became the father of her five children. In the same year she made her film debut in the melodrama " My cousin Rachel ." A year later, Audrey Dalton appeared in one of the main roles in the disaster film " Titanic ", awarded the Academy Award for Best Screenplay. This was followed by roles in the films “The Big Night of Casanova” (1954), “Fight of the Drum” (1954), “The Prodigal Son” (1955), “ At Separate Tables ” (1958) and “Mr. Mocker” (1961).
The actress also had an active career in television, where she appeared in the television series Big Valley , Bonanza , Kraft Television Theater , Haze from the Barrel , Perry Mason and Policewoman . In 1977, Dalton divorced Brown, in 1979, the actress again married, engineer Rod F. Siemens, with whom she is currently married. [2]
