Biography

Chechen , began to attend school in with. Old Pokrovka in the Chui district (near the town of Takman) of the Kyrgyz SSR , where his family was deported to during the Lentil operation. The last school years were spent at the state farm Dzhalk of the Chechen-Ingush ASSR , where he moved with his relatives from the Kyrgyz SSR. Those wishing to enter exceeded the possible number of places for training; there was a strict competitive selection. This was especially acute in connection with the flood of retired servicemen who wanted to master civilian specialties. This was due to the reform by N. Khrushchev of the transformation of the Armed Forces of the USSR in 1953-1964, aimed at the structural change of the army and the reduction of the Armed Forces of the USSR.

Masters of art, educated here, subsequently laid the foundation for the artistic culture of many countries (not only the Union republics, but also Western countries) and became the creators of art education in their homeland. The Academy was completed by many artists who made a significant contribution to the art and culture of Russia , Latvia , Armenia , Georgia , Ukraine , Germany , France , Israel and other states, including D. A. Kadiev.

From 1959 to 1965 - the period of study at the All-Union Leningrad Higher School named after Z. N. Mukhina.

From 1965 to 1967 he worked as chief architect in the department of master plans of CHECHINGGRAZHDANPROEKT in Grozny.

From 1967 to 1969 he replaced the post of architect in the department for construction and architecture of the Grozny city executive committee.

From 1969 to 1978, he was appointed the head of the group of the SakhalinNIPIneft architectural and construction department, the Okhotsk branch of the GIPROTYUMENNEFTEGAZ association of the Sakhalinneft association in the city of Okha (Sakhalin).

In 1971 - the chief architect of the project, the ISU. In 1975, the organization indicated, was sent to long-term urban development courses, where he developed the Tungor plan for the general plan of the port city on Sakhalin, which received an “excellent” recommendation for implementation. Upon arrival in Sakhalin, D. A. Kadiev embarked on a Tungor development project, which included public, administrative, cultural and social facilities.

In 1978, the Council of Ministers of the Chechen-Ingush Republic decided to call D. A. Kadiev to the Chechen Republic as the chief architect of Grozny, where he worked for 26 years, until 2004.

In the period from 1978 to 2004: in the Grozny City Executive Committee, the acting head of construction and architecture, later the head, and later, in 1988, he was approved as the head of the department of architecture and urban planning - the chief architect of the city of Grozny. Until 2004, the head of the department of architecture of the administration of Grozny was the chief architect of Grozny.

Since 2004, on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Chechen Republic of April 19, 2004 No. 62 “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Chechen Republic of 06.06.2003 No. 60“ On the Structure of the Executive Power Bodies of the Chechen Republic ”, it was decided to establish the State Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning CR and Kadiev D.A. are appointed to the position of Chairman of the Committee.

D. A. Kadiev put a lot of effort into the formation and restoration in the post-war period of the architectural appearance of Grozny and other settlements of the Chechen Republic. Participant of international city-planning, landscape-city-planning, architectural and construction forums and seminars in such cities as: Cannes (2008), Paris (2010, Floriade-2012, BATIMAT-2013), Sochi (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010), South China ( Guangzhou , Shenzhen , Hong Kong , 2013).

They work in the field of architecture and urban planning of the Czech Republic, they are the authors and co-authors of many developments in the field of urban planning (general plans, planning plans, etc.), they are actively involved in the development of urban planning policy in the Czech Republic. Among the most popular architectural works, projects of a detached private residential building, the youth cultural and entertainment center “COLLOSEUM”, and hotels on Ave. Revolution, beautification of residential areas, etc.

He died on March 23, 2019.

D. A. Kadiev is the author of many works and projects, including a large number of projects for housing and civil purposes: housing, schools, kindergartens, nurseries, clubs, cinemas, shops; layout of shift camps.
