Egolf was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and in 1995 graduated from the Juilliard School of Drama in New York [3] . She has appeared in over thirty television shows and films, but is primarily active on the stage. On Broadway, Egolf made her debut in 1997, starring Jacqueline Kennedy in the play Jackie: An American Life . She played the same role in the 2006 play The Secret Letters of Jackie and Marilyn [3] .
On television, Egolf starred in the TV series Chinese City Officer (1999-2000) and Traveler (2007). As a lead actress, she starred in the unsuccessful pilot of the 2011 Eden USA Network [4] . In the period between the years, she had a secondary role as assistant district attorney Kendra Jill in the NBC series Law & Order: Special Corps , and in addition to this, she has been a guest on shows like The Good Wife , over the years, Thinking like a criminal ”,“ Naval Police: Special Department ”and“ City of Aliens ”.
