Biography, education
Vladimir Andreyevich Fedorov was born on May 11, 1956 in Moscow. He was fond of music since childhood: from the age of 11 he played in a brass band - first on a trumpet , and then on a baritone . Later, he studied at the music school named after S. S. Prokofiev professor MPI them. Gnesins (now RAM them. Gnesins ) B.P. Grigoriev in the class of trombone . I independently learned to play the guitar and bass .
In 1976 he graduated from the Moscow Radiomechanical College with a degree in Electronic Optics (Optoelectronic Devices - Lasers ).
In 1979, he graduated from the Moscow Experimental Studio of pop and jazz music in the recreation center "Moskvorechye" (Jazz Studio "Moskvorechye") with a degree in bass. (Now - Moscow College of Improvisational Music named after Yu. P. Kozyrev ). After graduating for four years he taught bass guitar there. At the same time, for a year and a half, he studied in the same class as a saxophone under the direction of A.V.
In 1983 he was hired by the Sovremennik pop orchestra (Rosconcert) under the direction of Anatoly Kroll .
In 1987 he graduated from the State Music College. The Gnesins - variety department on B. Ordynka (now the State University of Economics and Management ), specializing in bass guitar.
From 1988 to 1991 led the student big band of the GMU. The Gnesins, having taken the “baton” from the hands of A.O. Kroll.
In 1992 he graduated from the Russian Academy of Music. Gnesins in the specialty “Bass Guitar, Double Bass” (class of Anatoly Vasilievich Sobolev ). From 1983 to 1991 worked in the pop contemporary orchestra "Sovremennik" (later - the Moscow Polyphonic Band Concert Orchestra) under the direction of Anatoly Kroll - first a bass player, and since 1985 - also an arranger.
From 1991 to 2000 He worked at various recording studios (Moscow) as a sound engineer, arranger and sound producer, releasing more than a dozen magnetic albums and CDs, as well as the soundtrack of the cartoon Man in the Air (1993).
