Organized crime in Pakistan , or the Pakistani mafia , is the common name for criminal groups operating in Pakistan or consisting of ethnic Pakistanis.

Pakistani criminal gangs are common in many countries, they have political support. These groups are mainly formed along ethnic lines and have influence on the government. Pakistani groups are involved in drug trafficking, land seizure, arms trafficking, human trafficking, robbery, homicide (including contract killings), fraud, money laundering, extortion, illegal gambling and pimping. One of the most wanted criminals in the world, the leader of the powerful Indian group Company D (also active in Pakistan), Daud Ibrahim, according to Forbes magazine, is hiding in the city of Karachi. Another famous Pakistani criminal is Rehman Dekait.
Pakistan is also known as the home base for large drug cartels that export heroin produced in Afghanistan. Neighboring Afghanistan is the largest producer of heroin in the world, but due to the lack of access to the sea, a significant part of heroin is exported through Pakistan to various regions of the planet, such as the Middle East, Europe and Australia.
The Pakistani mafia consists of Kashmiri gangs (they also operate in the UK), Pashtun factions that collaborate with Pashtun factions in Afghanistan, Sindhi gangs operating in Karachi and Punjabi gangs operating throughout the country (Punjabi gangs also exist in the UK).
Pakistani organized crime emerged in the United Kingdom after Pakistanis immigrated to British industrial cities such as Bradford, Middlesbrough, Luton and Leeds. Pakistani organized crime groups in the UK use these links. The groups are mainly involved in drug trafficking (mainly heroin, hashish and cocaine), arms trafficking, human trafficking, racketeering, pimping, money laundering and contract killings. Although Pakistani gangs in the UK at the street level are mostly involved in petty crimes, inveterate criminals maintain ties that stretch from Pakistan to most British cities with the highest Asian presence. The Pakistani mafia is one of the most powerful in the UK, along with the Turkish mafia, Cypriot-Turkish criminal families, Yardi, Chinese triads, the Albanian mafia, Russian organized crime groups and the Nigerian mafia.
