Physical Properties
Cadmium titanate forms crystals of two modifications. Depending on the synthesis temperature:
- at 800-900 ° С, triclinic syngony crystals are formed, the space group R 3 , cell parameters a = 0.5248 nm, c = 1.4907 nm, Z = 6.
- at 1100 ° С, crystals of rhombic syngony are formed , space group P bnm , cell parameters a = 0.53053 nm, b = 0.54215 nm, c = 0.76176 nm, Z = 4.
