Kashcheev, Alexander Mikhailovich

A graduate of the Kirov High School in 1970. Since 1973, after graduating from the Volsk Higher Military School of Logistics of the Lenin Red Banner Komsomol, he served in the Transbaikal Military District as the head of the department of the district military warehouse of the 1st category in the rank of lieutenant. In 1980 he graduated from the Military Academy of Logistics and Transport in Leningrad.

He served in the GSVG , Transcaucasian and Far Eastern military districts. On August 10, 2000, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was appointed head of the rear - deputy commander of the troops of the Far Eastern Military District (Far East).

In 2001 he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces . By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated December 12, 2001 No. 1443 he was awarded the military rank of “Lieutenant General”. In 2002, he was appointed head of the rear - deputy commander in chief of the Ground Forces. Since 2007, for several years, he was on a business trip abroad under the auspices of the Main Directorate of the MIF Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In 2003 he defended his thesis, candidate of military sciences; Professor. Under his leadership, the Museum of the History of the Rear of the Far Eastern Federal District was created, the book “Rear of the Far Eastern Military District: Historical Essays” was published.
