Biography
Coming from a noble family of Milyukovs , son of the architect N.P. Milyukov . Sibling - a prominent politician P.N. Milyukov , cousin - architect N.V. Sultanov . He graduated from the Imperial Moscow Technical School in 1884. The author of several industrial buildings and apartment buildings in Moscow. Together with B. M. Velikovsky owned a private architectural office. With the participation of V. A. Vesnin , who worked as an assistant to Milyukov [1] , he developed a project for the Rolla trading house on Sretenka [2] .
