Biography

Born on November 2, 1948 in the city of Bila Tserkva , USSR .

In 1970 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Combined Arms Command School , in 1976 - from the MV Frunze Military Academy , in 1992 - from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces , in 1999 - from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Russia . Doctor of Military Sciences .

He died in the Crimea on August 1, 2014 when a boat collided [1] . He was buried on August 5 at the Federal War Memorial Cemetery in Mytishchi.
