Company History
Construction of the plant began in January 1946.The launch of the first lines was carried out in September 1948, the first V-belt was produced. In 1949, the plant began to produce mats, domestic walkways and car mats.
In 1950, the plant was declared the most important construction site of Glavkhimstroy. In 1951, the shaft gumming and chemical equipment workshop was commissioned.
During the period 1950-1955, the plant mastered new technologies in the production of conveyor belts and fan belts. Also in the specified period, the company opened an innovation and invention bureau.
In 1975, a workshop for the impregnation of synthetic fabrics was opened. Between 1975 and 1980, the number of employees at the plant exceeded 10,000. The annual increase in production capacity is more than 10%. The area of the enterprise increased to 120 ha.
In the period from 1990 to 2000, lines for the production of high pressure hoses with metal coils were put into operation, production of high pressure hoses with end fittings was established.
During its existence, the company took an active part in residential development, providing housing for its employees. Around the Kurskrezinotekhnika and Khimvolokno factories located on the left side of the Sejm, an administrative district of the city of Kursk was formed, which was called Seymsky in this administrative district there are about 150,000 people.
