Biography
In 1950, the Lobachev family arrived in Prokopyevsk from Barabinsk. The first to mine them. Dzerzhinsky got a father, and in 1951 his son George. He started working as a lukerozer, for several years he mastered almost all the miner's professions, but stopped at the sinking. After working for 16 years, he headed the first Komsomol-youth team of drifters in the mine. From the first days the team loudly declared itself, setting a record of penetration, - 302 meters of the haulage drift per month. For this, Brigadier Lobachev was awarded the Order of Lenin. Continuing to work, Georgy Viktorovich entered the mining technical school. After its completion, he headed section number 8. For many years, this team was a beacon among the clearing areas.
In March 1981, "for outstanding production achievements, the early fulfillment of the tasks of the 10th five-year plan, the displayed valor" [1] Georgy Lobachev was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
