Major General P.E. Tillo, having information that Ataman N.I. Tillo of the 5th Division with the city of Melitopol, warning the advance of the white troops. The onset of the guards by General P.E. Tillo was canceled. [eight]
February 24 (senior) near the village of Novopoltavka with the advancing troops of the chieftain N.I. Makhno the white detachment of General P.E. Tillo entered the fray.
