Doboy-Istok community ( Bosnian and horv. Opština Doboj Istok , Serb. Opshtina Doboј Istok ) is a Bosnian community located in the northern part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina . The administrative center is the city of Klokotnitsa . Formed after the conclusion of the Dayton Accords .

According to estimates for 2009, 10,221 people lived in the Doboy-Istok community in five settlements: Velika Briesnitsa, Klokotnitsa, Lukavitsa Rijeka, Mala Briesnitsa, Stanich Rijeka. According to estimates for 2005, the entire population consisted exclusively of ethnic Bosnians.
