History
The name was assigned on July 25, 2012 [1] . It is due to the fact that "the street passes on the site of the historic Falcon Road" [2] .
Sokolinaya Street will be built up as part of the low-rise residential neighborhood "On Tsarskoye Selo Hills."
The first section of Sokolina Street - from the ring in the courtyard of the Expoforum (from which the entrance to this exhibition complex was organized) to the Petersburg Highway - was officially opened on May 25, 2016. As part of the project, an arcuate bridge was built across the Pulkivka River [3] . At the same time, free traffic on the new road, according to data as of June 5, 2016, is closed: a temporary sign “No entry” is installed on the side of the Petersburg highway.
